✨ We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing current client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities within those accounts, particularly targeting international markets. You will be responsible for closing deals with both new and existing clients, with a primary focus on the US market.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Participate in international events (an active visa is required)
  • Independently manage, develop, and close deals with both new and existing clients.
  • Engage with high-profile executives, including Directors and C-Level professionals.
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with companies that align with our vision.
  • Provide consultative and strategic value to clients, leveraging market knowledge and innovative solutions.
  • Address key objections from potential clients and demonstrate a deep understanding of technology's role in corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams, pre-sales, and business partners to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities through leads generated in our marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct compelling presentations that highlight how our services meet client requirements.
  • Actively participate in the upselling and cross-selling process with large enterprise companies.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and expand professional connections.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Proficiency in selling enterprise solutions;
  • Knowledge and previous experience in consultative and enterprise sales;
  • Excellent business presentation skills in English, along with strong listening, organizational, and contact management abilities;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work proactively and take on a proactive role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, or related fields;
  • Demonstrate fluent or native English proficiency, encompassing both business and IT vocabulary.
