Business Analyst

•  Customer Obsessed: Being Obsessed with the user experience and understanding all aspects of the solution from the technical part as to the UX and business part.
•  Learning: Being able to learn new concepts, tools, and technologies beyond the GTM landscape.
• Data-Driven: Being an Analytical person to identify trends, patterns and assemble the right solution for the business.
• Collaborative: Being able to work with the Discovery and Delivery team on Understanding user needs and create proper solutions, working smoothly with the development team without silos.
• English: Need to be able to read and write in English.
• Tech Passionate: Must have a passion for new technologies, new approaches, and new solutions and also learn fast and teach others.
• Open Minded / Proactive: We are looking for people who want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem and that want to break silos and work in an innovative way and drive innovation to the customers.

• Lean/Agile: Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile principles and practices.
• Discovery Skills: Be able to work with Lean startup tools and techniques like Design sprints, wizard of oz, personas, user story mapping, user stories and work smoothly with UX and Architects day by day.
• Lean Business Analyst: Being able to apply critical thinking and assess the impact on the end-user(user experience) and know what DATA is needed and what UI makes sense or not.
• Be autonomous.
