Your mission as a Business Development Manager is to build relationships with clients and close new business opportunities in the most advanced and competitive market in the world.

We expect a confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude, a person self motivated with a passion for building relationships with clients and close new business opportunities.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Research and prospect new accounts, driving lead acquisition and qualification.
  • Perform operational sales activities.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media and calls.
  • Work in pre-sales of products services, with the help of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Identify market trends and provide insights on how ilegra can benefit from it.
  • Prospect contacts in large industries.
  • Being updated with the latest innovation and technology trends.
  • Disseminate ilegra’s value propositions to its clients.
  • Collect and share customer information, key process for creating commercial proposals.
  • Prepare and present business deals.
  • Understand legal contracts and their adjustments to formalize business.
  • Offer ilegra’s services powered by major technology partners (Google Cloud, AWS, Oracle, Red Hat, Microsoft, GitHub, Inbenta, etc).
  • Understand the technology consulting and implementation business, including innovation, digital transformation, cloud computing, custom software development, Customer Experience, etc.
  • Participate in joint marketing activities.

Requisitos e qualificações


  • 3+ years of Enterprise Solution Sales and/or Delivery Experience
  • Practice in reaching $1 million+ per year and experience in handling 6+ meetings per week.
  • Proven capacity to manage, develop and close business with current and new clients in an independent way.
  • Experience in relationships with high level executives: Directors and C-Level.
  • Experience in up selling and cross selling with large companies and enterprises.
  • Experience in complex sales.
  • Success history on the conduction of consistent activities, development of pipeline and compliance of quotas.
  • Experience in determining the requirements of the client and present appropriate solutions.
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship abilities.
  • Ability to act in an agile environment, highly dynamic.
  • Experience in the technology sector (consulting and implementation)
  • Bachelor in Business, Computer Science or related areas
  • Native/fluent English
